We had the best time in Maui for a much-needed vacation, and Megan & Matt's wedding. Avery had her first dip in the pool, in the ocean, and in the condo kitchen sink! I think she's definitely going to be a water baby if her dad has anything to do with it. Jonathan's the one that grew up in San Diego, and is all about surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. I, on the other hand, having grown up in Anchorage (land of indoor-only swimming) am much more content to snorkel a bit and then lie out on the warm beach. It was the first time that all of my sisters got to meet Avery. She absolutely loved it! So much so that she now insists on being held 24-7. This is not a good thing.
